In addition to functioning as small collectible figures, they include a stand for notes, cards, or small messages. The packaging design is inspired by the tournament entrance and allows all four pieces to be displayed together as a complete collection.
This Japanese set was released in 2008 and is especially attractive to collectors of the original Dragon Ball era, before Dragon Ball Z.
